Todd Collinsworth

My name is Todd Collinsworth, and I am currently a senior at UCCS completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services and Counseling. I have a strong passion for developmental research, and I plan to apply and pursue a PhD. in Developmental Psychology. I work with Dr.Rudd in the PERCH Lab, and am excited to join the Cognitive Development Lab examining children’s developing minds. My main research interests are to examine how early exposure to adversity and trauma affects socioemotional trajectories, such as self-concept, affect, and relationships. I am excited to explore the world of cognition and how it fits into my own interests. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, board games, and playing with my dog Marinara!
